2. Sales Return
The Sales Return feature in the Sell & POS Terminal allows you to easily handle items returned by customers after a sale.
When a customer brings back a product, you simply select the original sale from the POS system and choose the item and quantity being returned. The system then automatically updates your stock, adding the returned items back into inventory, and adjusts the sales record to reflect the return.
Sales returns can be processed as a refund, store credit, or balance adjustment, depending on how the customer was originally billed. All return activities are recorded clearly for reporting and future reference.
