3. Flexible Payments
The Flexible Payments feature in Purchases allows you to record how you pay your suppliers in a way that matches real business situations.
You can mark a purchase as fully paid, unpaid (credit), or partially paid. If you pay a supplier in stages, the system keeps track of the balance you still owe and updates it each time you make a payment.
Multiple payment methods such as cash, bank transfer, or POS can be recorded, giving you a clear payment history for every purchase. You can also see which suppliers are owed money and when payments are due.
