4. Purchase Return
The Purchase Return feature allows you to easily record items you return to a supplier due to damage, expiry, or wrong delivery.
When you return a product, you simply select the original purchase and enter the quantity being returned. The system automatically adjusts your stock, ensuring your inventory remains accurate. Any cost linked to the returned items is also updated, so your purchase records stay correct.
Purchase returns can be applied to paid, unpaid, or partially paid purchases, helping you track refunds or reduce what you owe the supplier.
